Stage One "Humility"
This is day one of the blog series “Ten Days Through the Stages of Life.” The series is intended to bring us through the Ten Stages of Life as defined by God’s word through Complete Peace. God has given His people the map, the Bible, to their journey and we are here to facilitate its reception. God has been gracious enough to give us His word written in our language to read, meditate on, and receive in His truth that transforms His people’s lives into what He has designed them to be from the foundation of the world. The person of God lives on the Stage of Life they are experiencing until they finish all Ten Truths of that Stage; then, they live in that Stage while they are on the next Stage until they complete its Ten Truths. Complete Peace is, “Drawing a court case for God and painting a portrait for His people.”
The first Stage of Life, the true life in God, is the Stage of Humility.
Humility is simply defined as, “There is no hope without God, but with God all things are possible.”
The Bible says he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. God tells His people how creation was created, and who created it. The first Stage of Life is believing God’s first statement and understanding its basic teaching about the positional relationship that it demonstrates from Him to all of His creation.
The first truth in the Stage of Humility is, God was before the beginning because the word says, “In the beginning God…” God did not begin in the beginning; He already existed, and His first action in creation is known to His people as the beginning. God always was and began the process of life as the universe knows it in the beginning: the humility of knowing God has been since before the beginning allows His people to start their process of humbly returning to Him.
The second truth in this Stage of Life is, “God created the heaven and the earth" People deny the Creator and worship the creation instead of the Creator and thereby have idols in His place; until he reveals the truth to them. Once He reveals His existence, people are ready for the next truth of God which is seeing by His light.
The third Truth in this Stage of Life is, God said, “Let there be light.” This light is independent from external light sources. It is God’s light that shines throughout His creation and proves His power to it.
The fourth Truth in this Stage of Life is, “God divided the light from darkness;” God allows His people to know it is possible to have their lives separated from the darkness of the world and receive rest from Him in the midst of it.
The fifth Truth in this Stage of Life is God said,“Let There be a Firmament” God supplied the firmament before any of the Erath’s inhabitants occupied it. This displays God’s wisdom and love, mercy, and understanding for His creation and the order in which it had to exist for it to be sustained; thereby causing the ones who receive understanding to have an automatic response of honoring Him.
The sixth Truth in this Stage of Life is, God said, “Let the waters be gathered and let the dry land appear,” This is the next item that must have existed before the Earth could be inhabited. Before this point in creation, there was no place for any creature to exist as we are aware of today. This step in creation is what brought forth the possibility of life being sustained on Earth.
The seventh Truth in this Stage of Life is God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament and created the Sun and the Moon.” God did this to give Him a witness and for His creation to use it for signs and seasons.
The eighth Truth in this Stage of Life is, God said, “Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.” This is the second of three times the Bible says God created during Creation. The first being the Heavens and the Earth, and the third being the creation of man in His own image. This Truth displays God’s will being preeminent in Creation of all creatures in the creation and thereby His will beiong done in earth as it is in heaven.
The ninth Truth in this Stage of Life is, God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind,…And God made these creatures and saw they were good.” (And God created man in his own image, creating male and female.) God created His people in a separated state from sin in a holy clean place of communion with Him to live until they went against His command and were led away from Him, but once they are ready to be separated from what led them astray from Him and be His separated people to Him; He is waiting for them to come home.
The tenth Truth in this Stage of Life is, “God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.” This is the era that all of His people have lived in and is available for them to experience with Him. He is resting and waiting for them to come to the realization that He has this state of rest waiting for His humbled people.
The first Stage of Life is completed with the revelation that God has created everything that is visible and invisible, and He has the best plan for all of it. This humility enables God’s people to desire to come home to Him with His terms for the relationship being their terms of it as well; since, they trust Him because of who He is.
