Normally, a person's blood contains approximately 200-300 thousand platelets. To start the processes of tissue regeneration and stimulation of hair growth, plasma is needed, in which the concentration of platelets reaches 1,000,000 cells in 1 µl.
To obtain such a platelet concentration, a stage of centrifugation of the blood taken from the patient before the plasma therapy procedure is necessary. In this case, the blood is divided into 3 fractions – the lower one contains erythrocytes, the middle one contains leukocytes and platelets, the upper fraction is plasma depleted of platelets.
